This project combined SEO and paid search under one owner, so every page change was judged by one question: does it help a driver find the right tyre and buy it online?

01The challenge

Tyres Online sells tyres online in a market full of marketplaces and big retail chains. “Tyres online” was the term that mattered most — high intent and high volume — and the site wasn’t close to winning it.

Product discovery was weak too: shoppers search by size, brand and vehicle, and the category and product pages weren’t built to match those searches.

02The approach

Fix the foundation first, then make every product and category page earn its place in search.

1

Technical SEO

Audited crawling, indexation and site structure, then resolved the issues holding back the key commercial pages.

2

Product-page improvements

Rewrote titles, descriptions and on-page content around how people actually search for tyres.

3

Long-tail strategy

Built keyword clusters for sizes, brands and use cases to improve product discovery and category visibility.

4

Shopping & Search

Restructured Google Shopping and Search campaigns so paid and organic covered each other’s gaps.

03The outcome

#1 for the head term, 45% more organic traffic and 18% more online sales — in the first three months.

Paid search got more efficient at the same time: ROAS rose by 40% and cost per conversion dropped by 25%.
